HYDERABAD, IN / ACCESS Newswire / September 17, 2026 / Digital marketing looked very different when Nelanti Kranti started Daks Techno 14 years ago. For many businesses at the time, getting a website made or appearing on Google was itself a major step. Social media was still finding its place in business communication and the kind of performance tracking companies expect today was far less common.

Daks Techno has since grown beyond the Indian market, taking up work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Germany. The company's work has also widened over the years. It now handles areas such as SEO, paid advertising, social media, websites, lead generation, content, e-commerce, automation, video production and analytics.

Nelanti Kranti says the biggest change he has seen is not the arrival of new platforms, but the way business owners look at marketing. Earlier, much of the discussion was around reach and visibility. Clients today are far more likely to ask how many enquiries came in, what they spent to acquire them and whether the campaign contributed to actual business.

"When we started 14 years ago, digital marketing was a very different industry. Today, businesses expect their digital investments to deliver measurable growth, not just visibility. Our journey across the US, India, UK, Australia and Germany has taught us that every market is different, but the fundamental objective remains the same - understanding the customer, building the right digital strategy and creating measurable business outcomes," said Nelanti Kranti, Founder and CEO of Daks Techno.

That experience across countries has also made the company more cautious about one-size-fits-all marketing plans. Nelanti Kranti points out that an approach that brings results in India may need to be changed considerably for the UK, US, Australia or Germany. Competition is different, advertising costs are different and customers do not necessarily research or buy in the same way. Even the language used to sell a service can work differently from one market to another.

This is one reason Daks Techno has increasingly looked at the complete journey of a potential customer rather than a single campaign. Getting somebody to click an advertisement is only one step. What they see on the website, whether they trust the business, how easily they can make an inquiry and how quickly that inquiry is followed up can matter just as much. Nelanti Kranti says this is where websites, search, advertising, content and automation begin to overlap.

The company is now also working more closely with artificial intelligence, automation and data. These technologies are already changing some everyday marketing tasks, particularly reporting, analysis, content workflows and lead management. Nelanti Kranti, however, does not see AI as a shortcut to good marketing. His view is that technology can make a team faster, but it cannot decide on its own what a customer will trust or what a brand should stand for.

"As we enter the next phase of our journey, our focus is on combining technology, artificial intelligence, automation, data and creative strategy to help businesses build stronger brands and scalable customer acquisition systems," said Nelanti Kranti. For Daks Techno, completing 14 years is therefore less about looking back at how digital marketing used to work and more about preparing for where it is heading next.
